“This lawsuit arises from the sexual abuse of the defendant Neil Gaiman to the plaintiff, and the role of her wife Amanda Palmer to get and present the plaintiff to Gaiman for said abuse”affirms a complaint for violation and traffic of persons filed in a federal court on Monday in Wisconsin by Scarlett Pavlovich.

“Gaiman has a history of decades of sexual misconduct consisting with the actions described in the following paragraphs,” adds the demand of nine demands of 28 pages, with vivid details that include a rape by sodomy of the “slave” Pavlovich for Part of Gaiman just three years ago.
In the case, which seeks to obtain at least one million dollars and a jury trial, the details of the case coincide with the article of Lila Shapiro “There is no Safe Word”published earlier this year and very investigated by New York Magazine magazine, and with the accusations made by Pavlovich and seven different women against Gaiman. That article from New York Magazine magazine was based on the six -off podcast of Tortise Media Master: The Allegations Against Neil Gaiman last summer.
Neil Gaiman’s response to accusations
In a blog post on January 14, after the article written by Shapiro was published, Gaiman wrote: “When reflecting on my past – and when reviewing everything that really happened in contrast to what is alleged – I do not accept that There has been no abuse. I repeat, I have never had sex without consent with anyone”
That said, Gaiman, who is no longer represented by the CAA, has been recently fired from the list of clients of his British agent Casarotto Ramsay & Associates, as my colleague Jake Kanter reported exclusively last week. In addition, Anansi Boys’ publishing house, Dark Horse Comics, has fired the former scriptwriter, and a British theater production of Coraline was canceled in the last days of January. As the accusations grew against Gaiman, Amazon season 3 Prime Video Good Omens was reduced to a 90 -minute episode and Disney paused the production of its adaptation for the big screen of The Graveyard Book.
On January 31, Netflix revealed that the second season of the very viewed The Sandman will be the last one, with a season 3 now dead when he arrives.
