Grief at Ralf Moeller: His mother Ursula died at the age of 88.
“Gladiator” star Ralf Moeller (66) mourns the loss of his beloved mother Ursula. Like the actor, she died at the age of 88. “Thank you for all the love and security that you gave me and all the others,” wrote the actor about a picture that shows him together with his mother. On February 14th she would have turned 89.
A tight relationship
The actor had a special, close relationship with his mother. During the Corona pandemic, the star, who lives in Los Angeles, temporarily moved back to his parents in Recklinghausen to take care of them personally.
Many fans and prominent friends express their condolences in the comments. “She was always proud of you and you always there for her. My condolences,” wrote moderator Kai Pflaume (57). “What beautiful words you found. My condolences,” commented Riccardo Simonetti (31). Actor Patrick Schwarzenegger (31) wrote in English: “Sendling My Love to Ralfy”. With his father Arnold Schwarzenegger (77), Möller has been connected to a close friendship for many years.
Difficult time for the action star
It is a particularly challenging time for the native of Recklinghausen. He recently had to flee from his house in Santa Monica due to the devastating forest fires. Moeller moved to Los Angeles with his wife at the time in 1992.
Since April 2014, in addition to the Germans, he has also had the US citizenship. Moeller was married to his wife Annette for 23 years, and in early 2013 it became known that the parents live separately from two daughters.
From another relationship, the actor still has a son, as he surprisingly announced in early December. “Happy 18th birthday, Leon,” said. Next to it a heart emoji and the term “dad” held in capital letters, that is, dad.
