Shortly before the first filming of the “Sex and the City” series, which celebrated its premiere in 1998, Davis and her colleagues from the main cast Sarah Jessica Parker (59), Cynthia Nixon (58) and Cattrall met for the first time in a sample.

“There was a strange magic that happened to us and our characters, but also with us and each other,” recalls Davis. “The chemistry is something that you can’t plan. We were just so excited that we were four women to line – that was really something unheard of – and that we would be in Manhattan and turn on the street.”

That is my goal, and not to fuel a drama. ” After the end of the series and the films, Cattrall asked “that we no longer talk about them. I want to honor that.”
