Around two months before the British royal couple’s trip to Italy, the Royals glow with an Italian -inspired dinner. “Re Carlo” has given Martini out.

British King Charles III. (76) celebrated his love for Italy and Italian cuisine with a glamorous dinner. Ex-football star David Beckham (49) and his wife, the ex-spice girl Victoria (50), as well as the actress Helen Mirren (79, “Die Queen”), the Italian fashion designer Donatella Versace (69) and the actress were invited. The Italo -American actor Stanley Tucci (64, “Conclave”).

Charles and Queen Camilla (77) plan a trip to Italy in early April, where they want to meet Pope Francis.

“Re Carlo” talks in Italian

The journey that the couple will also lead to Ravenna has a romantic component: it falls together with Charles and Camilla’s 20th wedding anniversary. The two said yes on April 9, 2005 in Windsor.

At the dinner on Charles’ Western English country headquarters in Highmert, Italian-inspired slow food dishes with regional ingredients were served.

On the menu there were, for example, Scottish Krabben-Panzanella, WestCombe-Ricotta and Ravioli with fine herbs from high-grove, where the environmentally conscious monarch operates ecological cultivation.
