This new season will focus on the second brother of the Bridgerton family, Benedictwho was always seen as a free soul that does not seek ties. However, in a mask dance organized by his mother, he meets Sophiewho hides his identity under the pseudonym of the Silver Lady. During the chapters, you can see how these characters fall in love little by little and their Fight against family adversities and secrets.
This is the second season that does not respect the chronological order of the original books, because the third season had as an initial couple Colin Bridgerton and Penelope Featheringtonthat its history corresponds to the fourth book. But this was not the only change that made the series: in the books, Sophie’s character has the last name Beckettbut the producers decided to change it to Baek to honor the Korean offspring of the actress.
As well as its predecessor, this season will be divided into two parts: One will premiere in May and another in June next year. However, the exact dates are still a mystery, so fans do not see more information about it.
