Princess Kate: She publishes drawings of her children

Princess Kate (43) shows how artistically talented her children are. The posting shows drawings by Prince Louis (6), Princess Charlotte (9) and Prince George (11). Kate wants to draw attention to a campaign of her foundation.

Prince William’s wife (42) founded the “Royal Foundation Center for Early Childhood” in June 2021. In January 2023, the foundation started the “Shaping Us” campaign, which wants to raise awareness of how crucial the first years are for the future of a child. The new Instagram post says: “‘Shaping Us’ describes the social and emotional skills that begin to develop in early childhood.” These skills are crucial for life. “They shape us how we are, how we deal with our thoughts and feelings, how we communicate and relate to others and how we explore the world around ourselves.”

Drawing portraits with children can be a moment of connection, “in which you look at each other and focus on each other, creative and – what is most important – have a lot of fun with each other!” The post shows four drawings from which one also comes from Princess Kate herself, as the Instagram contribution reveals. Prince Louis seems to show the picture of the 43-year-old while the children apparently drawn their mother. The black and white drawing of Kate’s oldest child ensures a lot of praise in the comment column.

“George has it from his mother,” a user draws attention to the obvious passing on of the artistic talent. “Someone has to persuade the princess to show us her sketches! We know that she is a talented artist!” Another comment is: “I love all drawings, but Prince George is so good, a young artist!”
