Margaret Qualley surprises at the press conference with a dog
US star Margaret Qualley presents her new film “Blue Moon” at the Berlinale. At a press conference she shows her new animal companion. His name is smokey.
US actress Margaret Qualley has recently received support from an animal companion in public appearances: her dog Smokey. Dressed in a small ring sweater, the animal accompanied her for the first time at the Berlinale to a press conference, as the 30-year-old of the dpa said.
“He quickly disappeared,” she said. “He fidgeted a little up there. He felt the pressure. I felt the pressure.” QUALLEY presents her new film “Blue Moon” in Berlin. In Richard Linklater’s drama, she plays alongside Ethan Hawke and Andrew Scott.
Inspired by Demi Moore and her dog Pilaf
Qualley recently caused a stir with her role in the Oscar-nominated work “The Substance” by Coralie Fargeeat. She plays in the bodyhorror film with Demi Moore – who also likes to bring her dog Pilaf to public appearances.
When asked whether Moore inspired her to get a dog, jelly joked: “I am inspired by her forever. I am constantly taking notes and one of the notes was to get a dog to me.”
