Liam Payne case: Justice dismissed Rogelio Nores and two hotel workers

A panel of judges of the Court of Appeals ruled that Nores, Martin and Grassi had no participation in the death of Liam Payne.

The ruling indicates about the exemption of Nores: “It is possible that, if he had remained in his company at all times, [Payne] He would not have obtained drugs and alcohol in the necessary amounts for the state of poisoning he exhibited at the time of his death. Nores said about his acquittal in a statement to Rolling Stone magazine: “I’m glad that this has finally finished. I am happy to be able to travel to the United Kingdom and say goodbye to my friend”.

As for the workers of Hotel Gilda Martin and Esteban Grassi, the couple was accused of homicide for loading the singer allegedly passed out to their hotel room shortly before it fell and died.

The judges have ruled that Martin and Grassi They did not act “reckless, reckless or merely negligent” and that they had no role in the death of the singer. In addition, the judges affirm that the case does not damage the “good name and honor” of Nores, Martin and Grassi.
