The author Ashley St. Clair has sued Elon Musk on sole custody for her baby, born in September.
New development about the youngest child of the controversial tech billionaire Elon Musk (53): The author Ashley St. Clair (26) on Friday at the New York Supreme Court has a lawsuit for the allegedly common child against the Tesla boss submitted.
In the court documents, St. Clair therefore states that the boy, born in September 2024, comes from a relationship with Musk, which started in May 2023. The child was therefore generated in January 2024.
Only three short meetings with the baby
As can also be seen from the application, the Tesla boss, who is currently turning the American administration upside down for the new US President Donald Trump (78), has only seen his son three times so far-last November 30, 2024 for just 30 minutes. The potential father was also not present at birth. “He had no participation in nursing and upbringing,” says the documents.
However, Musk is said to have confirmed the fatherhood in various written correspondence. So after the birth he replied to a photo of the newborn: “I look forward to seeing both of you at the weekend.” So far, Musk has not publicly commented on his 13th child.
Explosive text messages appeared
St. Clair also presents spicy text messages in her complaint to prove the fatherhood of Musk. So Musk is said to have written to her on November 24th: “I want to pregn up you again.” Three months later, the news followed: “We still have to make a legion of children.”
“Ashley St. Clair filed the lawsuit to protect her child’s interests,” her spokesman Brian Glickich told People. “She tried everything to work with Mr. Musk before this step.” The baby would already be the 13th child of the tech billionaire. The lawsuit was only one day after Musk’s ex-partner Grimes (36) had publicly asked him to take care of the “medical crisis” of one of her children together.
