The dedication goes hand in hand with the approach, because if part of my time to focus and realize the action that is required to achieve my goals, ready, it is almost half of the path traveled. I bring you these two words, not from the negative side, from where we usually do most things, but from the positive side: If I ask you what you want for your life, what are your goals, what is the life you dream, you will surely speak to me or without having a clear choice; But if I ask you what you don’t want, I can assure you that you get the papyrus here up to 100 km of everything you don’t want, you don’t like it, don’t satisfy you.
This is what I want to bring you: how is it easier for us, as a human race, bring to mind what we don’t want and it costs us so much what we really want?

You are going to make a list of everything you do not want for your life or do not choose anymore, and then you are going to write all those prayers but in positive and putting focus and dedication in what you do want for your life. Thus on the one hand we have two things in front of us in total transparency.
In the first place, take each of those beliefs that we have rooted within our being. Second, work them and pass them to the positive pole.
Moreover, something that I learned with my mentors is that sometimes they don’t come out afloat in a simple way, but you have to turn them around and understand what is really happening or what we are feeling.
I also invite you, if you think it’s good, to get rid of those negative beliefs, thanking and releasing, you can break the paper or burn it, as you like, like making a pact with yourself about that. We already let it go and, in many cases, go far.
I’m going to ask you a very important question: What do you spend your time, if you could describe it, what would it be? And now we are going to deepen a little more: What do you spend more time, what are you more focused on?, In everything you have and thank or what you lack?
This is a beautiful mind in which most of the time focuses. It may not be your case but I can assure you that it is the case of the majority. And I will explain why, except that you are part of that small percentage of the world population that was scheduled since childhood, with abundance paradigms and know the truth, because this is the truth: what really is for everyone and the creators That we are as human beings, that energy exists and we are all made of energy and everything that also surrounds us and we can materialize and create everything we want.
But instead, we grew up in a certain country, surrounded by a certain culture, in a certain family and we learned since we were in the belly of mom, m programs and paradigms that mark us, most are of scarcity, lack, there is not for everyone , you can’t, you always have to choose one thing, you can’t take several, etc.
Thus we were growing in environments where there was a lot of love or not, careful or not, but where our parents did what they knew the same as their parents, our grandparents and thus towards the infinity of the family tree. I am not here to judge anyone. Each one did everything at their disposal and surely gave the best they had, but over the centuries we have been learning that, what results are we going to have? They say we are radios that we emit frequencies for our thoughts.
Imagine all those programs in your subconscious mind – of some I can assure you that you are not even aware now – but there they are waiting to attack when possible arises.

How do we hold our approach and get to our goals?
I tell you in these steps, put them into practice, since they helped me a lot. Holding your approach to achieving your goals can be a challenge, but there are several effective strategies that you can use to stay in line.
Here I present some:
• Visualize the final result. Take the time to clearly visualize the final result you want to achieve. Imagine how you will see, how you will feel and what will you mean to achieve your goals. Keeping this image in mind will help you keep your focus and motivation. Every day, all the time you can do, take a reminder on your cell phone, on your agenda, in your bletera, where you see it many times in the day.
• Set clear and specific goals. Define clear, specific and attainable goals that help you divide your main objective into more manageable steps. Setting milestones along the way will allow you to measure your progress and stay motivated while advancing towards your goals.
• Prioritize your tasks. Identify the most important and urgent actions you need to make to move towards your goals and concentrate on them. Prioritize your daily tasks based on its importance and their contribution to the achievement of your goals.
• Eliminates distractions. Identify and eliminate distractions that can divert your attention from your goals. This could include deactivating phone notifications, establishing specific schedules to check email or work in a distraction -free environment.
• Create an action plan. Develop a detailed plan that guides you in the process of reaching your goals. Divide your goals into specific steps and establish a realistic schedule to complete each task. Having a clear plan will help you keep your approach and keep you organized.
• Cultivate discipline. Develop habits and routines that help you maintain discipline and consistency in the search for your goals. Commit to take consistent actions and to follow your action plan, even when you face challenges or setbacks.
• Remove yourself for your achievements. Celebrate your achievements and your advances along the way. Recognize your progress and give rewards for your efforts, either with a small gift, rest time or simply encouragement words for yourself.
• Keep a positive mentality. Cultivate a positive and optimistic mentality that helps you overcome the obstacles and setbacks you can find on the way. Focus on what you can control and look for solutions instead of focusing on problems.
By incorporating these strategies into your daily life, you will be better equipped to keep your approach and move constantly towards the achievement of your goals. Remember that perseverance and determination are key to achieving long -term success.
