The “Bauer sucht Ms.” stars Anna and Gerald Heiser want to sell their farm in Namibia. But you make the decision.
It is decided: The “Bauer sucht Ms.” couple Anna (34) and Gerald Heiser (39) wants to move from Namibia to Poland as soon as possible. However, the farewell to Africa is anything but easy for the native Polish, as she now reveals to her Instagram followers. However, her husband absolutely wants to get out of the country.
Behind the couple who has two children are exhausting months. The two started therapy to fight their marriage problems. Gerald Heiser then suffered a burnout in January. The decision to give up the farm was a “gradual process”, explains Anna Heiser. “We tried to push this idea away. In November we actually opened ourselves openly for the first time.”
After their husband’s burnout, they would have decided to sell the farm and leave its Namibian homeland. Before that, they had tried everything to hold on to their life there, “but the body said stop at some point”.
“Gerald has concluded with the topic”
It could also happen “nothing more”, which she still has. “Gerald has completed the topic.” When asked if she could not specialize in tourist tours in Namibia, the mother of two replies: “Gerald doesn’t want it anymore.” She did not want to return to Europe, but: “We have to separate from the farm and my husband doesn’t want to stay in Namibia.”
However, they do not yet know when the move to Poland will take place. “It depends on when we find a good buyer for the farm.” They hoped to “dealt with it before September”. There are already some interested parties, but the sale is a lengthy process. They also tried to find a buyer who continues to employ the employees.
Like Anna Heiser before, the family plans to move to the north of her Polish homeland, close to a port and close to her family. There, Gerald Heiser wanted to look for a new job – but no longer in agriculture. As she now reveals via Instagram, she would like to work again “sooner or later”. “It depends on how quickly the children settle.”
“Sooner or later reality will catch him”
The restart will probably not be easy, Anna Heiser is clear. She herself knows how it is to break off and emigrate all tents, after all, she once moved to Namibia for her great love. She can therefore well imagine that her husband will suffer from homesickness in Poland. “He is currently very euphoric when it comes to the future plans, but reality will catch him sooner or later. This is completely normal when emigrating that the first one and a half years are hard.” Whether he will make it in Europe depends on “whether he will be open to the other person”.
In Poland, the family has to look for a new home. Anna Heiser has an apartment there, but it is too small for her. In addition, the Heisers also want to take all of their pets to their new home.
The couple got to know and love themselves in the RTL show “Bauer sucht Frau” in 2017. The wedding followed in Poland in 2018 and a few weeks later again in his home Namibia. Son Leon was born at the end of January 2021, daughter Alina followed at the end of November 2022.
