Charles and Camilla have a visit to an Indian restaurant. Charles could make impression when filling tütchen.
King Charles III. (76) and his wife, Queen Camilla (77), have made a public appointment where they obviously had fun. They visited the London restaurant “Darjeeling Express” in order not only to admire the dishes there, but also become active themselves.
Charles and Camilla form “brisk couple”
“Traditionally, dates during Ramadan are the first food to eat fasting at sunset”, the “Royal Family” is explained in an Instagram post. “Your majesties helped pack the dates, which are to be sent to local hospitals during the holy month.” According to “People” cook asma Khan (55), the monarch even elicited a courageous laugh.
Because Charles mastered his task, in which he grabbed the dates with pliers in bags, and proved speed. “I would not have thought that the king was so fast,” the cook was amazed, as in the video in the Instagram post. “They pack the dates faster than I can seal them. They are a brisk couple.” Charles and Camilla visibly enjoyed the compliment, which also caused amusement among everyone present.
Later the royals also went into the kitchen: Khan and her chef Asha Pradhan showed Charles and Camilla a huge pot in which the rice dish Biryani was prepared. “Yes, they took Biryani home,” revealed the restaurateur. She also shared another anecdote after meeting the king. “When he turned out to be quickly when packing the dates, Charles was told that he could have a job there every year, whereupon he replied: ‘I might have already exceeded my expiry date’.”
