On March 8, the cycle led by chef Mendoza Flavia Amad will receive 14 cooks from all over the country. The event will culminate with a wine auction selected by large women from the industry, for the benefit of the NGOs small steps and driven by Marcela Kloosterboer.
Next Saturday, March 8, the Mendoza cook Flavia Amad will host of the first special edition of In command in which together with 14 renowned cooks of Argentina they will celebrate Women’s Day with a collaborative menu. The event will be held in the gardens of the winery Susana Balbo. The places are limited and accessed only with prior reserve.
In command It is the cycle devised by Flavia Amad – Executive Chef of Create and Lifeboth recommended in the Michelin 2024 guide, and food and beverage manager of the winery and Susana Balbo Unique Stays- with the unconditional support of Susana Balbofirst winemaker from Argentina, and Ana Lovaglio BalboMarketing Director and founder of the Hospitality and Gastronomy Area of the Winery.
The cycle seeks to illuminate women referring to Argentine gastronomy to share experiences, concepts, creation and passion. In its 7 editions, during 2023 and 2024, 14 cooks from all over the country were summoned that will meet with the host chef to give life to a new collective event.

The event will begin at 6:00 p.m. with a conversation and networking table for entrepreneurial women, exclusive for invited to Banco Supervielle, where the Speaker will be Ana Lovaglio BalboMarketing Director of Susana Balbo, and founder and general director of Susana Balbo Unique Stays.
Then, at 7:30 p.m., the gastronomic experience in the garden of the winery will begin with a cocktail in which the tickets will be served. The main dishes will be prepared by the 15 cooks, each will offer a proposal, from a large position of dispatch where they can interact with diners. The menu will be accompanied by wines from different regions of Argentina, historical bottles of Susana Balbo and labels of some of the best wineries in the country that accompany. As a color note, the day will be musicalized by a selection of hits of different genres and epochs, sung by women.

As a gold brooch, a high -end wines auction and unique lots will be held, for the benefit of “small steps”, an organization that works to improve the quality of life of families at social risk in Argentina. The auction will be conducted by Marcela Kloosterboer, an ambassador of the NGO, and will consist of 3 lots: “Large bottles of large wineries, selected by large women”; “Argentine wines from north to south with female soul” and “Wines of women who changed paradigms.”
