Andrew Tate: The influencer persecuted by the judiciary has arrived in Florida

Despite the serious allegations against him, Andrew Tate left Romania. In the United States, his arrival causes a sensation – political pressure and criticism accompany the scandal.

Despite ongoing investigations into human trade and sexual abuse, the right -wing influencer Andrew Tate from Romania came to the USA. Tate and his brother Tristan arrived after the lifting of a ban on exit on Thursday with a private plane in Fort Lauderdale in the state of Florida, as a spokesman said. It was the first time since he was arrested in Romania in 2022 that the influencer left the country.

Former kickboxer Andrew Tate became known primarily as a confessed women’s enemy. Because of his aggressive statements about women, he was banished from several online networks, but at X he still has more than ten million followers.

Andrew Tate was temporarily under house arrest

The Romanian public prosecutor accuses the 38-year-old Tate and his two-year-old brother, among other things, the formation of an organized criminal association, human trafficking, sexual abuse and money laundering. Andrew Tate was temporarily under house arrest in Romania, which was lifted in mid -January. On Thursday, the public prosecutor said that the ban on exit was also lifted.

However, the Tate brothers would have to appear “for every hearing”, the public prosecutor said. Your next court date in Romania is scheduled for March 24th. If you do not appear on the appointment, this would result in your “preventive arrest”, the public prosecutor warned.

According to the Tate team, the brothers got back several of their assets confiscated in Romania on Thursday. These are “all previously frozen bank accounts”, “property ownership”, luxury cars and company participations.

Donald Trump does not want to know about anything

According to media reports, the US government had asked Bucharest to lift the travel restrictions and to return their passports to the Tate brothers. The Tate brothers have both the British and US citizenship.

The Romanian Foreign Minister Emil Hurezeanu was addressed on the edge of the Munich Security Conference in early February by the envoy of US President Donald Trump, Richard Grenell, on the case of the Tate brothers. However, Trump said on Thursday that he knew “nothing” about how the brothers’ departure came to the United States.

The Romanian Minister of Justice Radu Marinescu told the AFP news agency that he didn’t know about the fact that in the case of “any pressure” was exerted on the Romanian government. He himself received “no request from any kind from the US authorities” to the Tate brothers.

No warm reception in Florida

In any case, the brothers were not greeted in a friendly manner by the state of Florida. Governor Ron Desantis said that the authorities of his state had not organized the journey of the brothers and probed opportunities to prevent their visit. “Florida is not a place where you are welcome with this kind of behavior,” emphasized the governor, who, like Trump, belongs to the Republican.

Andrew Tate himself said after his arrival in Fort Lauderdale that he and his brother were “largely misunderstood”. There are “many opinions” on the Internet about them, but he and his brother have never been “convicted about any crime so far”.

However, the brothers are also pursued by the British judiciary for allegations of rape and tax evasion. A Romanian court approved its delivery to Great Britain – but only after the legal procedures have been completed against the brothers in Romania.

Four women in Great Britain, who accuse the Tate brothers rapes from 2013 to 2016, were shocked on Thursday by the lifting of the ban on exit. With this message they felt “newly traumatized,” they said.
