Rockstar Lenny Kravitz has a long and good relationship with Germany – not only because he appears regularly here. In a conversation with the German press agency, the US singer remembers his first appearances in Germany, at the beginning of the 60-year-old’s career.
Without money through Germany
“We had no money and traveled from town to city on the train. I played in small clubs in Hamburg. That was at the very beginning,” he said. That was funny. Physical training and healthy food
In order to be fit for his appearances and, as he says, to be able to give the best energy every evening, he prepared well – with physical training, five to six days a week, conscious and healthy eating and meditation. “To be physically and mentally in harmony”. Kravitz is a convinced vegan.
