Princess Isabella: Palace shares two new portraits

The Danish royal family has two new portraits on the occasion of its approaching birthday. The oldest daughter of King Frederik (56) and Queen Mary von Denmark (53) celebrates her 18th birthday on April 21 and thus reaches the age of majority. It also presents herself in the new pictures. Dressed in a black blazer and suitable trousers and a light blue blouse, she smiles into the camera on one of the photos. To do this, she wears subtle gold jewelry and a thin bracelet, her make-up is discreet. The hair falls over the shoulders of the princess. The second picture shows her with a more closer look.

With the new pictures celebrations in honor of their birthday. On April 11th at 2 p.m. there will be an event in the town hall in Aarhus, which focuses on young, local talents from the creative areas. Young designers from the city would present a fashion show “with a focus on sustainability and future materials”, there are also appearances by young musicians and elite dancers “in training”.

Birthday cakes provide the message according to “students from the vocational training programs”. The guest list states: “Among the invited guests there are around 100 young people from local youth organizations and educational institutions.” Another 50 young city dwellers and their accompaniment are to be drawn via a lottery.

On April 15th at 7:30 p.m., the second birthday event in the royal theater is waiting for Princess Isabella and the royal family. The royals alone will not be: over 1000 Danish 17- to 24-year-olds should be given the opportunity to take part in the event in Copenhagen. In addition, the Danish broadcasting institution DR will be broadcast. The Königshaus, together with the theater, “enter entertaining, exciting and varied performances that are both classic and modern,” says the program. The performance should take place on the old stage of the theater.
