San Patricio History

San Patricio was a religious man who lived more than 1,500 years ago and became a symbol of Irish pride. He was born in the Roman Brittany at the end of the fourth century and was 16 years old and taken to Ireland as a slave. He managed to escape, but returned around 632 to turn the Irish to Christianity.

By the time he died, on March 17, 461 he had already founded several monasteries, churches and schools. It had become a very important figure and same time in a myth.
