Oasis announces concert film with “Peaky Blinders” creator

When Oasis announced a comeback and a new tour, the rush to tickets was immense. Fans who left empty can now look forward to a film about the concerts.
The reunited Britpopband Oasis teams up for a concert film about her comeback tour with “Peaky Blinders” creator Steven Knight. Knight is on board as a producer, the filmmaker Dylan Southern and wants Lovelace, reports the “PitchFork” industry platform. Production company of the film, which was announced with the title “Oasis Live ’25”, are the Magna Studios.
Southern and Lovelace had already shot the documentary “Shut Up and Play the Hits” (2012) on the band LCD SoundSystem and the documentary “Meet Me in the Bathroom” about the New York music scene at the beginning of the 2000s.
Oasis (“Wonderwall”) around the brothers Noel and Liam Gallagher surprisingly announced their comeback last summer and a tour in the summer of 2025. The rush to concert tickets was immense, the cards were sold out in a short time and many fans went away empty -handed.
The band wants to start their tour on July 4th in Cardiff and has already announced concerts worldwide until November. A publication date for the concert film is not yet known.
