Eva Longoria caused a stir in New York: in the bright red dress, the 50-year-old presented herself for her new film on the promotional tour.
Eva Longoria (50) once again demonstrated that style is not a question of age. In a red outfit, the actress enchanted this week on her promotional tour through New York City, where she presented her latest film “Alexander and the Terrible, Herrible, No Good, Very Bad Road Trip”.
The “Desperate Housewives” icon, which recently celebrated her 50th birthday at a glamorous surprise party in Miami, presented itself in a figure-hugging dress with a daring neckline, which brought out her silhouette perfectly. In addition, she combined matching red slingbacks that rounded off her look.
Bright smile despite the dense schedule
When leaving the “Good Morning America” studios, Longoria took time for waiting fans, despite her full schedule, for whom she waved a friendly waving. The Texan woman wore her dark hair smoothly and elegantly, while her natural make -up was accentuated by a strong red lipstick – a perfect interaction with her outfit.
As a subtle addition, the actress chose a delicate gold chain and small creole earrings, which gave their appearance a subtle elegance without distracting from the main focus – the spectacular red dress.
Longoria also found a moment during her promotion tour to warmly welcome her “Alexander” film colleague Paulina Chavez (22). The two actresses playing mother and daughter hugged warm -hearted and held the moment with a quick selfie. Both posted the photo in their Instagram stories.
New career priorities after the 50th birthday
Longoria spoke openly about her recently celebrated 50th birthday and her changed attitude to her career. “I used to say ‘yes’, but now in this second phase of life it is about saying ‘no’ more often,” said the actress.
When completed or listed in post -production, Longoria emphasized that she is now planning to use their roles more selectively – especially when projects keep them away from their family or feel too exhausted.
“I love to play in films like ‘Alexander’ because my son Santi can look at her with me,” enthused Longoria about her new family project. The six -year -old, whom she raises with her husband José Bastón (56), was an important reason for her film selection. “It’s so funny and he happens to act on a Latino family, which makes me particularly happy.”
Return to the roots planned
In addition to her acting career, the “Land of Women” actress also spoke about her future plans, which contains a return to her roots. With a wink, she described herself as a “progressive tradwife” and revealed her plans to buy a ranch. “I am already making my own butter, bread, mayonnaise and coffee cream … Now I only need chickens, goats and cows so that I can make more products,” she explained with a laugh.
The actress, who grew up in Texas, also said: “I grew up on a ranch. I think you always return to your roots.” In fact, Longoria and her family of Los Angeles have already left and commute between their residence in Mexico, their husband’s home, and Spain.
Her latest film “Alexander and the Terrible, Herrible, No Good, Very Bad Road Trip” is scheduled to celebrate on Disney+ on March 28th.
