The house of Kevin Kurányi was broken. The thieves include souvenirs that are very important to the ex-football star.
Kevin Kurányi (43) broke out last Friday evening. The former soccer player reported now. He was with his family at a birthday party when the thieves entered his house in Stuttgart. “When I came home, I saw how light was burning inside and was amazed.”

When he also saw objects lying around on the floor, the ex-VfB star knew that something was wrong. “I called ‘Hey, Hey’. The burglars jumped off the balcony, ran away,” said Kurányi, who then sprinted after the thieves. “They disappeared into the dark forest. The police already came.”
As the “Bild” newspaper reports, the thieves came into the house through the balcony door in the basement through the balcony door. During the break -in, they took cash, jewelry and several handbags with them. The value of the prey is around 150,000 euros. As Kurányi explained, there are also two watches among the stolen valuables, “which my daughter received from Grandma. That hurts particularly much.” A search for the perpetrators has so far been unsuccessful. The police are now looking for witnesses and clues.
In his professional career, former striker Kevin Kurányi played for VfB Stuttgart, FC Schalke 04 and TSG 1899 Hoffenheim. He also played 52 caps for the German national team and became Vice European champion with the 2008 team. In 2017 he ended his career as a professional and then worked as a player consultant or TV expert.
