The former goalkeeper Eike Immel has to answer in court for 106 times fraud. Why he didn’t appear on the first day of the trial.
He was once a national goalkeeper, was part of the German squad at the 1982 and 1986 World Championships. But now Eike Immel has to answer for fraud in court.
According to the “Bild Zeitung”, the 64-year-old is accused of borrowing money from several people and not repaid. There should be a total of 106 cases and a sum of 34,000 euros.
Eike Immel lives from 563 euros in a month
Among other things, Eike Immel was reported by his former consultant Michael Lampel, in whom he is said to have borrowed sums of 80 to 1000 euros for months. In addition, Immel is said to have collected money for EM tickets, which he never got.
