King Charles and Queen Camilla have had a splendid amusement on day three of their Northern Ireland trip. Camilla caused a splash of color.
King Charles III. (76) and Queen Camilla (77) completed their Northern Ireland trip on Friday with a bright appearance. On the third day, the couple visited the town of Banbridge in the county down and seemed in a good mood.
While Charles came together with local business representatives in the old town hall, Camilla met for a reading with children from the area in a library. To celebrate the “Love Your Library” day, Camilla, known to be a passionate reader, spoke about her favorite books there with those present, took part in a craft group and then cut a cake from a local bakery.
Camilla ensures colored dab in cloud weather
Visually, the 76-year-old was a real splash of color in cloudy Northern Irish weather: Camilla chose a sapphire blue dress for the visit, and she combined black suede boots and minimalist accessories. Charles wore a camel -colored coat over a pink shirt.
After their separate appointments, Charles and Camilla walked through the streets of the city center, where they were greeted by numerous fans with Union-Jack flags, came into conversation with them and shook hands. The monarch and his wife have been in Northern Ireland since Wednesday and also made a detour to the capital Belfast, where they took part in a whiskey tasting.
