Country Music Awards: Ella Langley with most nominations
Ella Langley is a newcomer to the country scene and immediately gets most nominations for the Academy of Country Music Awards. The 60th award is to be celebrated in May.
Country singer Ella Langley (25) this year is going to be awarded the Academy of Country Music Awards (ACM). The newcomer to the ACM awards was nominated eight times straight away, including as an artist of the year and in several divisions for “You Look Like You Love Me”, her joint song with country singer Riley Green (36).
Cody Johnson, Morgan Wallen and Lainey Wilson, followed by Chris Stapleton with six nominations and Riley Green and Post Malone with five entitlements each.
For the top price as “entertainer of the year”, Kelsea Ballerini, Luke Combs, Cody Johnson, Jelly Roll, Chris Stapleton, Morgan Wallen and Lainey Wilson come into the race.
The awards from the US Academy for Country Music at a gala on May 8th in the Texas Frisco will be awarded-for the 60th time this year. Last year Lainey Wilson received the top prize as “Entertainer of the Year”. It was her first win in this division.
Country legend Reba Mcentire should be on stage as a host. Numerous stars from the country and pop scene, including Lainey Wilson, Blake Shelton and Eric Church, have been announced as performers.
