Lost Internationala surf and lifestyle brand, filed a complaint against him in a district court in California on Tuesday (March 25) claiming that the images he has been using to promote his new album ‘Mayhem’ are “substantially similar, but almost identical”to the logo they registered in 2015, according to the documents.
The company states that it has been using the Mayhem brand since 1986 In surf tables, surfing equipment, clothing, accessories and surf videos, since Mayhem is the co -founder nickname Matt Biolos.
After the launch of its new album, the Gaga website has been selling t -shirts, divers and more with a ‘Mayhem’ logo design that, according to Lost, is “almost identical” to its recorded logo.

“It is likely that Lady Gaga’s actions deceive the public making him conclude that her products are originally from Lost or are authorized by this company, which will damage both Lost and the public,” adds the complaint.
“Lost has no control over the quality of the products sold by Lady Gaga and, due to the confusion caused by Lady Gaga, Lost has lost control over her valuable reputation.”
The company, who asks for a jury trial, alleges that he sent to the Gaga team a cessation and withdrawal order that was ignored.
