After twelve years, moderator Thore Schölermann (40) announced his exit at “Taff” at the end of 2024 to have more time for the family. Almost half a year later he reveals in an interview on the sidelines of the shoot on the campaign for the Leifheit Power Clean: “The plan has definitely worked. Family planning completed by the Schölermanns
After the birth of his second child with Jana Schölermann (37) in June last year, the two focused on the family even more. But this also concludes that the youth planning is complete, says Schölermann: “We are more than grateful for our two healthy children and our dog Rudi. At the moment we have our hands full, all car seats are occupied and no children’s room is free. Our pack is complete!”
When asked about the distribution of tasks in the household, Schölermann is confident: “Even if this may no longer seem up to date for one or the other, we have a clear distribution of roles. Jana successfully takes care of our family business at home, Thore takes care of the rest. So we keep our back free.”
From quirks and plaster videos
One or the other quirks occasionally drives the other into the madness, as the two admit. Thore says that “Jana makes stacks with clothes everywhere that she somehow sorts”. And Jana countered: “At least I sort out, the clothes are just everywhere in gore. What is better now?”
Despite her current job as a testimonial of the household brand Leifheit, Jana is not a fan of “Satisfying Cleaning Videos” on social media, as she reveals: “No, the ‘Satisfied’ doesn’t at all.
