New details about Jens Lehmann’s alcohol trip to the Oktoberfest
Jens Lehmann is dealing with the judiciary again. It’s about his drunk trip in autumn. A report describes how he did the traffic control in Munich.
Jens Lehmann has to answer again in court on Thursday, April 3. After he had been dealing with the judiciary for vandalism with a chainsaw and the use of a cell phone for vandalism, it is now about his notorious alcohol ride to Munich Wiesn last year. The “picture” is now supposed to have the “picture”.
According to this, Lehmann was stopped by police officers at the wheel of his car at around September 23 after he had run through a run through the Oktoberfest on the way home. The police officers went to the window on the driver’s side to talk to him. The “picture” writes that they have already perceived an alcohol smell through the open window.
When the officers wanted to see the driving license of the former football professional, Lehmann supposedly did not find and instead presented his identity card. Only after several attempts did he find his driver’s license.

Also when the police wanted to see the first -aid kit and the warning triangle, Lehmann had a hard time. He had to stick to the trunk flap. He was unable to take a breath alcohol test.
So the officers took him to take a blood. The determined value was 0.7 per thousand. As a punishment, Lehmann had to give up his driver’s license and got a fine. He appealed against this, which will be negotiated in court on Thursday. If Lehmann or his lawyer appear.
After a sofa trip at the Oktoberfest: The scandals of Jens Lehmann

Suff trip after the Oktoberfest
There are things that you should basically not do and much less in certain constellations. For example, get into the car drunk after the Oktoberfest. Probability of discovery: very high. Jens Lehmann apparently didn’t care about this year’s Oktoberfest, maybe he couldn’t think clearly, in any case he is apparently rid of his rag. The police had become aware of him around 1.30 a.m. because of his striking driving behavior in the city center of Munich. The officials found a “clear smell of alcohol” and a “uncertain gait”, as the Munich public prosecutor said. The investigation continues.

That was not the case in the end – which Lehmann brought in a malicious comment from a judge.
If you do not come to the negotiation, the appeal would be rejected by the court.
