Criminal complaint against Hollywood star submitted

Attorney Adrian Cuculis, who represents one of the alleged victims, told the broadcaster that women were “in a state of vulnerability and that there was suspicion that they were exploited in the sense of Article 182 of the Criminal Code”. One of the witnesses of the incident, which is said to have occurred in a event organized by Van Damme in the southern French city, shared their observations with the prosecutors, which led to the initiation of the investigation.
“Several Romanians that are currently being examined for the formation of a criminal association and pimping are said to have offered Jean -Claude van Damme five Romanian women – photo models in Romania – so that he can have sexual relationships with them. Part of a larger investigation
According to Cuculis, this incident is part of a more comprehensive investigation into human trafficking and child trade, which was initiated by the public prosecutor in Romania in 2020.
For the further procedure, the Supreme Court of Court in France, where Cannes is located, must now approve the criminal prosecution. The suspects identified in the case are then charged to Romania to make statements, reports “Antena 3”.
