Prince Harry stay 24 hours to arrive in England

A new statue will be unveiled on July 1st in honor of Princess Diana. Prince Harry will most likely attend the ceremony – his visit would be explosive.

Is he coming or is he not coming? For weeks, Royal experts have been in disagreement about whether Prince Harry will return to his old home in Great Britain in the coming days. There, on July 1st – Princess Diana’s birthday – a statue will be unveiled in her honor.

Prince Harry on his way to London?

For a long time it was out of the question that their sons William and Harry would attend the ceremony. But recent events around the prince and his wife, Duchess Meghan, have raised doubts.

Most recently, the two came under fire after naming their newborn daughter Lilibet, the private nickname for Queen Elizabeth II given to her by her late husband, Prince Philip. Harry and Meghan emphasized that they had asked the Queen for permission beforehand, but this is denied by the palace.

He’s supposed to stay at Eugenie’s

New reports from the Daily Mail and The Sun said Harry would be in the UK in the next 24 hours. That would be necessary because of the current corona quarantine rules so that he even manages the ceremony next week. At Frogmore Cottage he is supposed to sleep with his cousin, Princess Eugenie and her husband Jack Brooksbank and isolate himself.

Frogmore Cottage was given to Harry and Meghan by the Queen after their wedding. After leaving royal life, they returned the property, which now went to Eugenie and her family. According to the “Sun” it has now been split up so that Harry can quarantine away from other people.

The next 24 hours will tell whether he will actually come, or whether he will decide against it. What is certain is that the gaze at the ceremony will not be on the Diana statue, but on the quarreling sons of the deceased princess.
