Superlative for the wrist
Flat, narrow, gang gener: Many of the watches that are shown at the Geneva Watch Mass “Watches & Wonders” are breaking records. The best models at a glance.
Piaget, Richard Mille and Bulgari: Again and again amazement fans are amazed at how watch brands outbid with ever flatter models. This year Bulgari has again succeeded in a world record. The clock “Octo Finissimo Ultra Tourbillon” has a height of only 1.85 mm. This makes it as flat as two credit cards on top of each other. Precision work and craftsmanship that no other manufacturer can currently outbid.
Rolex surprises with a completely new model
Other brands also use the stage of the Geneva watch fair “Watches & Wonders” to show their innovations of the year. For the first time, Rolex developed a watch with the newly launched series “Land-Dweller”, which is supposed to run particularly long and frictional resistant. The Geneva brand worked on a possibility for seven years so that its timepieces with five instead of only four Hertz oscillate. They are now running with 36,000 instead of 28,800 pitches per hour.
The new colors and shapes that were presented in Switzerland and will certainly shape the watch trends of the year are spectacular.
