Dispute over a suspected comparison

The former employee set up the lawsuit at the New York court because the 78 -year -old director did not comply with an extrajudicial comparison with her.

Schrader’s lawyer Kessler told the “Hollywood Reporter” that it was a “desperate, opportunistic and reckless lawsuit for enforcing a comparison that was never signed by Schrader”. The presumption of innocence applies until the final conviction.
