“Dennis” actor Jay North died
As a child, Jay North became world famous with the series “Dennis, Stories of a Lausbuben”. Now he died at the age of 73.
The American actor Jay North, who was famous as a child with the television series “Dennis, Stories of a Lausbuben”, was dead. North died of cancer at the age of 73, reported in line with several long-time friends and acting colleagues.
“As many of his fans know, he had a difficult way in Hollywood and afterwards, but he did not let his life define from that,” wrote the producer Laurie Jacobson, who was friends with North, on Facebook. “He had a heart as big as a mountain and loved his friends very much. He often called us and ended every entertainment:” I love you with my whole heart “. And we loved him with ours.”
North was born in Los Angeles in 1951 and grew up with a single mother. After the “Lausbuben Dennis” he had a few more roles, but could no longer gain a foothold as an adult in Hollywood.
