There were technical problems with the launch of your lifestyle product line. Now the Duchess Meghan apologizes with personal letters.
Duchess Meghans (43) Lifestyle companies “AS Ever” could not fully meet the expectations of his customers. After Prince Harry (40 )’s wife had brought her product line of jam, honey, biscuits, teas and other articles onto the market in early April, she was sold out in less than an hour.
However, there were technical difficulties – some buyers were able to order products that were already sold out, such as a wildflower honey with honey honeycombs for the equivalent of just under 33 euros. The “AS Ever” team then sent an email to the customers concerned to explain the situation to them.
In retrospect, one could say that those affected may have even received the better deal: they were informed that they will be refunded the purchase price and that another article could choose from the range they would receive free of charge. “We are working on filling up the inventory and will be happy to send you an article of your choice to thank you for your understanding,” the message says.
Personal message from Meghan
The email also contained a personal message from Meghan himself. “Dear friend, my kindness, what a whirlwind was this week! Thank you very much for the support. That really means a lot to me,” she writes in it, according to screenshots that were shared on social media.
Finally, the Duchess apologizes that the limited honey could no longer be delivered and assures: “Please be sure that the team worked very hard in every department and was just as sad as we learned what happened.” In the letter, the Duchess also promises the (un) happy buyers that they would receive their next limited product by post “as a gift from me”.
