For example, since they for the hostile work hostile, the actor thinks that he and his colleagues are automatically in the middle of political discourses.
Serial star Damian Hardung (“Club of the Red Bands”, “Love Sucks”, “Maxton Hall”, “How to Sell Drugs Online (almost)”) also understands his work politically, especially when choosing roles. “I honestly ask myself the question: Which message does the film transport? Can this be an impetus for a discussion-about values that are important to me and that may be relevant to society?” Tell the 26-year-old to the magazine “GQ”.
Acting does not take place in a vacuum, emphasized hardening, if only because many actresses also worked for public broadcasters. “If a party like the AfD calls for the broadcasting radio drastically, then this also affects the cultural task of ARD and ZDF. And with that we are actors: inevitably and rightly in the middle of the debate.”
As a medical student, in addition to his success, for example at the streaming services Netflix and Prime Video, HARDUNG is currently preparing for the state examination. “GQ” said the 26-year-old that he still wants to believe that knowledge is “even if it may sometimes appear illusory”.
“The lack of a real dialogue” is worried
“But how else should I react to it if a party who is now moving into the Bundestag with 20 percent claims that climate change does not exist and CO2 is good for plant growth? The basis must continue to be facts.” Just because facts still have to make their way into the hearts because we need tangible facts, Hardung said, that does not mean that “we should fall back on felt facts”.
When asked what scares him, HARDING answered: “The radicalization of the language, the constant against each other, the lack of a real dialogue. It is no longer about finding similarities, but only about delimiting yourself from each other – about who is the loudest and who has the most striking position. Instead of a real collective solution, everything is about distinction and unique selling point.” He tries to “suppress the impulse of the hasty judgment and to start the opposite with curiosity”.
