How does Jennifer Aniston keep so fit? In a clip on Instagram, the “Friends” actress now gives insights into her training.
Jennifer Aniston (56) is not only known and popular for her acting achievements, but also for her impressive figure, which she holds in shape with a targeted fitness routine. Now gives the actress an insight into the training routine, which takes care of her radiant appearance and physical fitness.
Aniston has equipped her domestic gym with a variety of modern devices, including cardio devices such as a spinning bike, a cross trainer or a treadmill, plus a Pilates reformer as well as a wide variety of weights and kettlebells. The “Friends” actress obviously relies on a mixture of cardio and strength training as well as yoga and pilates.
Keeping her body fit is so important to the actress that she has put together her own small travel set of fitness equipment. In the clip, Aniston shows, dressed in black workout leggins and a pink top, together with her trainer Dani Coleman, some exercises that can be carried out when you are on the go. The 56-year-old trains with so-called “Gliding Discs”, which are “small but fatal,” she writes. Various ligaments and loops are also used, with which different exercises can be carried out. “Love your life. Love your body”, Aniston summarizes at the end.
Jennifer Aniston on her workout philosophy
Aniston recently explained her current workout philosophy. While she used to be on an intensive training routine with long cardio units, today she prefers shorter but effective workouts that do not overload your body and swear by joint-friendly low-impact training. “I haven’t had any injury for a long time and still saw results,” said Aniston in an interview.
She tries to train every morning – even if it is only 20 minutes before a shooting day. “It prepares me for the day and just makes me feel good. I do something for myself,” says Aniston. “If I don’t train, I feel a clear weakness in performance during the day. I do my work better when I have trained and pay attention to myself. My head is clear and my body feels stronger.”
