Katy Perry announced in February that she would be part of the mission. She has been preparing intensively for the eleven -minute journey for weeks. For her preparation, the 40-year-old also reads works by the astrophysicist Carl Sagan and deals with astronomy. “I am really enthusiastic about the engineering art behind everything.
