Johnny Depp shows himself in a new look on a first photo of his new film “Day Drinker”. The film has been its first big project since its trial against Amber Heard.
A first photo shows actor Johnny Depp in his first major Hollywood film in a new look for years. The picture, which the 61-year-old divided into Instagram together with the media company, shows the “Curse of the Caribbean” star with very gray hair and full beard in his new film “Day Drinker”.
According to the US magazines, “Day Drinker” is “The Hollywood Reporter” and “Variety” Depp’s first Hollywood film since his court dispute with his ex-wife Amber Heard for accusations of domestic violence. The film is Depp’s fourth film with actress Penélope Cruz, with which he had already stood in front of the camera for “Curse of the Caribbean: Foreign Tides” (2011). The shot with director Marc Webb (“The Amazing Spider-Man”) in Spain. The film tells of a bartender at a private yacht who get to know a mysterious guest on board, played by Depp.
The film belongs to Depp’s first projects since he had accused each other of physical abuse with his ex-wife Heard three years ago. After a six -week defamation process, he had had a widespread victory in June 2022.
A year later, Depp gave his comeback in the costume drama “Jeanne du Barry”. In August 2024 he presented his second directors “Modi”.
