Lilly Becker loses to court
Lilly Becker has to pay: The court agreed with the plaintiff in all points. It was about an alleged money gift.
In February Lilly Becker cheered on “I’m a star – get me out of here!” About your jungle crown and the winning bonus of 100,000 euros. Two months later, she should be in a completely different mood. Because on Wednesday, April 16, the Munich district court decided: she has to repay a six-figure sum plus interest for her alleged ex-partner. In addition, she has to cover the costs for the plaintiff’s lawyer.
In his complaint, the TV manager had reclaimed money that he left her as a loan for financial support after the separation from Boris Becker. However, Lilly Becker said he gave her the sum. They also had different opinions on the question of whether they both led a relationship in 2018. He vehemently denied that they were a couple.
Lilly Becker has to pay the money back
As RTL reported, the court has now given up the lawsuit to the full extent. The judge said Lilly Becker’s claim that the money was not credible. The defendant found “not a truth”. Accordingly, the sum for Becker is around 218,000 euros.

In addition to the actual loan over around 182,000 euros, Becker has to pay a further around 32,000 euros in interest to the plaintiff. She had to pay a further around 3000 euros in the form of so -called pre -judicial legal fees. There should also be the costs of the legal dispute. The verdict is not yet final, Lilly Becker can make an appeal.
Both parties were not on site to judge the judgment. The trial started in February 2024. A year later, Lilly Becker said in an emotional date before the district court.
