The star author JK Rowling is in ecstasy, because according to a court ruling, trans women are not considered women. She publishes a bizarre photo on X. Elon Musk also reacts.
The United Kingdom’s Supreme Court in London has decided: the biological gender applies to equality between men and women. A woman is therefore only a woman when she was born as such. Transmen, on the other hand, are excluded from the Great Britain.
The women’s rights organization for Women Scotland (FWS) had filed a lawsuit because it did not agree how the Scottish regional government explains the gender term. A prominent supporter of the organization is Harry Potter author JK Rowling. After the verdict, she wrote on X: With the victory in court, the plaintiffs had “protected the rights of women and girls in the whole United Kingdom. I am so proud to know you.”
JK Rowling is staged as a “mastermind”
For Rowling it was apparently a big day, she published numerous other statements on the subject on her X page. The grand finale after midnight when the author posted a picture on which she smokes a cigar and holds a drink in her hand. She wrote: “I love it when a plan works.” This should be a reference to the character John “Hannibal” Smith from the cult series “The A-Team”, who often said this sentence with a cigar in the corner of the mouth. Rowling also looks like a bond base weight in the picture.
The post received hundreds of thousands of likes from users of the platform. That likes, who would have thought it, including Elon Musk. The US billionaire and Trump supporter commented with two flame emojis.

Later, Rowling made it clear in a comment on her post that she smoke tobacco and no cannabis: “To everyone who is happy that I smoke a blunt: it is a cigar,” she wrote. “Even if she identified as blunt for the purposes of this celebration, she would remain objectively, demonstrable and clearly a cigar.” Another swipe against trans women – Rowling indicates with this comparison: Even if you identify as women, you are not objectively viewed.
Harry Potter stars distanced themselves
For years, JK Rowling has been criticized for her attitude towards trans people. Some people therefore distanced themselves from the author, for example the former actors of their book heroes Daniel Radcliffe (Harry Potter) and Emma Watson (Hermine Granger).
