Once again, Lady Gaga proves that she is a full professional: at the Coachella Festival in California, her headset micro fails. But the singer cannot be put off by that.
The 39-year-old performs her second song “Abcracadabra” at the legendary Popfestival on Friday evening during her headliner set when her headset keeps failing. In the middle of the song, Lady Gaga exchanges the defective headset for a conventional hand microphone. As can be seen on videos on social media, the singer continues undeterred and continues choreography with many dancers.
And as if that weren’t already stressful enough, she finally falls back on a headset in the course of her performance.
Lady Gaga apologizes for a micro breakdown
When she sits down on the piano for another song, she apologizes to the audience for the technical breakdown. “But at least you now know that I sing live,” added with a laugh. “I think we can only do our best and I will certainly do my best tonight.”
In the comment columns of social media, praise piling up on how cool the singer handled the incident:
“Lady Gaga managed to switch from the head microphone to the hand microphone and back to the head microphone in a literal minutes without interrupting her appearance after some technical difficulties. What a legend. What a pro.”
The way lady gaga was handling her head Mic’s malfunctioning professionalally with interrupting the performance just shows you how of a legendary performer she is and she will always be pic.twitter.com/xvrjhplbut

“My heart. I was so scared for her. But she is a professional, as always.”
“She is so unimpressed.”
“Pure professionalism, and she was not impressed by it (…).”
“She is an artist, baby! Nothing can screw it up.”
Lady Gaga was like last Friday with her elaborately staged “Mayhem” show headliner of the Main Stage of the Coachella Festival. It is her second time as the main act at the music festival in the California desert. In 2017 she appeared there for the first time when she jumped in at short notice for the pregnant Beyoncé.
The Coachella concerts traditionally take place on two consecutive weekends near the desert city of Indio. The lineup is almost identical on both dates. Lady Gaga had already performed last weekend. The program also listed the rock band Green Day and the rapper Post Malone and Travis Scott as another headliner.
