Royals’ show run at the Easter service has started. Even if Prince William and family are missing, the British royal family appears with full power.
In bright sunshine, the British Royals arrive at the Windsor Castle for the annual Easter service in St. George’s Chapel.
It was already known in advance that Prince William and Princess Kate stay away this year of the ceremony. The reason? They wanted to spend Easter in Norfolk, in a confidable togetherness, with their children, Prince George, Princess Charlotte and Prince Louis, after the turbulent last year by fighting for cancer.
Only a few Royals are missing on Easter Sunday
According to a source of the “Daily Mail”, another reason is said to have played a role in your decision to skip. The couple deliberately want to use the time as a family before the children return to school. Prince William’s family, who has a charming country house on the Sandringham estate with ANMER Hall, had already missed the annual Easter service last year after Kate, which is now in remission, was diagnosed with cancer.
But the British royal family has a few other members to offer and so even the scandal prince Andrew came back to the train. And his ex-wife Fergie is likely to have a royal appearance in front of the 15th century chapel this year. The rest of the royal family was a picture of the family unit.
Last week the queen honored her husband, the king, with warm words. She emphasized that Charles, who continues to undergo cancer treatment, love his work and “wanted to do more and more” while he is increasingly feeling better. “He is driven by the desire to help others,” added Camilla.
King Charles seems to have a good grip on the family, because apart from Prince William and Princess Kate with her children, all important royals came to the Easter celebration.
