“Asked – hunted” team misses the hunter
Klaus Otto Nagorsnik von “asked – hunted” remains unforgettable: The team of the quiz show dedicated emotional words to him on the first day of his death.
Klaus Otto Nagorsnik (1955-2024) was as a hunter with the combat name “The Librarian” in the popular ARD quiz show “Asked-hunted”-until his sudden death on April 22, 2024. A year later, the team reminds him of the cult hunter and recognizes him as part of the family. Shortly after the emotional first day of death, the next appointment is already pending: “Questioned – hunted” starts on April 23 with new editions.
“Forever part of this little family”
On the program on the first day of his death: “We are a small family here at ‘asked – hunted’. Of course we are all really looking forward to the start of the new season with you.” Today, however, is “a special day”. Because as Nagorsnik’s black and white recording is emphasized: “We miss the guy.” The deceased remains “part of this little family forever”. The team continues: “He would now say for sure: Now finally start with the new episodes!” As in a souvenir post four months after death, the team sends “greetings up” again at the end.
While records of the 13th season died
Klaus Otto Nagorsnik surprisingly died on April 22, 2024 at the age of 68 during the shooting of “asked – hunted”. “With Klaus Otto Nagorsnik, we lose a role model for authenticity, education and joie de vivre. I admired him and unlikely to play with him and flatten him,” said show moderator Alexander Bommes (49) after the trained bookseller, who repeatedly impressed with his extensive knowledge.
Seven episodes of the 13th season of “asked – hunted” were already recorded with Nagorsnik. They were broadcast between May 13 and July 17, 2024. On July 20, 2024, the quiz colleagues and the team emotionally said goodbye to the hunter with a celebrity special, who was used for the quiz show for ten years.
New episodes start on April 23
The new season 14 starts on Wednesday, April 23, from 6:00 p.m. in the first. By October, a total of 100 new episodes are to be seen every day, as the broadcaster announced in March.
In 2012, “asked – hunted” started with six episodes in the NDR, before the quiz show in 2015 moved to its broadcasting site to date at 6 p.m. Alexander Bommes has moderated the show since the beginning.
