In heads of state, the Prime Minister of the United Kingdom, Sam Clarke (Elba), and the president of the USA, Will Derringer (Cena), have a public and uncommon rivalry that endangers the “special relationship” between their countries. But when they become the objective of a powerful and ruthless foreign enemy, which turns out to be more than a rival for the security forces of the two leaders, they are forced to trust the only two people who can trust: they themselves. Finally, allies with the brilliant agent of the MI6, Noel Bisset (Chopra Jonas), must flee and find a way of working together the necessary time to prevent a global conspiracy that threatens the entire world.
