Harvey Weinstein (73) remains in the “Bellevue” hospital in New York City while his process is running in the city. According to US media reports, a judge postponed a final decision on the whereabouts of the former film mogul on Thursday.
Harvey Weinstein denies all accusations
Five years after his first conviction, the resumption against Weinstein recently started in New York. After the former judgment was lifted by the Court of Appeal, the ex-producer is now on trial again for serious allegations. It is about the accusations of raping a woman and forced sexual acts in two other women. As in his first process, Harvey Weinstein vehemently denies all accusations raised against him.
Weinstein’s state of health was always an issue in the run -up to the process. On April 15, an urgency application to move their clients from prison to the hospital. Defense application fails
