“Aging like the legends”: Lee Majors celebrates his 86th birthday confidently. This does the “a Colt” star today.
On April 23, 2025, Lee Majors turned 86. And he celebrated his birthday adequately confidently, albeit a wink. posted the “A Colt in all cases” star a photo of himself-in the style of a cover picture of the time magazine. Lee Majors is celebrated as “person of the year”. Because he “changed the course of history”. Since 1927, the news magazine has chosen the most influential person of a year.
“Another year around the sun,” Lee Majors writes about the picture. “And although the calendar shows 86, I see it more than 68 with a few bonus chapters,” explains the cult actor. Then he gets more serious. “I am grateful for life, love and all the blessings,” he writes. And he concludes: “On a good life, a clever life and an aging like the legends”.
Congratulations woman and “Dallas” colleague
His wife Faith Majors (50) commented on the post exuberantly. “Congratulations, Sweetheart !! I love you! For another year!” She writes, garnished with some emojis. Lee Majors has been married to actress and Model Faith since 2002. Previously, with Farrah Fawcett (1947-2009), he had previously closed the covenant of marriage, which thanks to “Three Angels for Charlie” itself was a serial icon of the 1970s and 1980s.
A serial colleague also speaks under Majors Birthday Post. “I will always remember the time when I met you at ‘Dallas’ and worked with you,” writes Steven Weber. And: “Thank you for being on this planet”. The two actors had shot together for “Dallas”-but not for the hit series from the 1980s, but in the late continuation that ran in 2012-2014.
In the 1980s, Lee Majors would have had no time for “Dallas”. Because from 1981 to 1986 he played the Stuntman Colt Seavers, who also worked as a bounty hunter. “A Colt for all cases” and the title song “The Unknown Stuntman” he sang himself made the actor a star.
He already had this status in the United States. Between 1973 and 1978 he embodied the “six million dollar man”, a technically souvenir test pilot. In Germany, the series only came to television after the “Colt” hype, but went under.
Comeback in the cinema with “The Fall Guy”
Younger film and series fans could possibly have come into contact with Lee Majors for the first time in 2024. In “The Fall Guy” he had a cameo appearance alongside his “Colt” colleague Heather Thomas (67). The film with Ryan Gosling (44) and Emily Blunt (42) is a loose reboot of “A Colt in all cases”. Although the next big leading role was long in coming, the TV veteran also had guest roles in well-known titles, for example with “Grey’s Anatomy” or “CSI: NY”.
Lee Mayors last stopped noticeable in new series of large series-in addition to “Dallas” in “Magnum Pi”, the update of the Tom-Selleck Vehikel. Or in “Fuller House”, the continuation of “Full House”. He had a recurring role in “Ash vs. Evil Dead”, the TV extension of the “Dance of the Teufel” films.
Otherwise, Lee Majors, as can be seen on his Instagram account, go from a comic con to the next fan event. There you can with him and the “seven million dollar woman” Lindsay Wagner (75) from the “six million dollar man” offshoot. Against payment, of course.
