Since 2016, Tim Mälzer has been competing against other prominent cooks and is getting entertaining cooking duels at “Kitchen Impossible”. Now the anniversary relay is pending. Surprises are waiting.
Fans of Hamburg’s television chef Tim Mälzer had to wait a long time for this cooking duel: In the new season of the Vox program “Kitchen Impossible”, the restaurateur, which has not fallen onto the mouth, finally competes against the British television chef Jamie Oliver. “The new season is definitely the most emotional season,” said Tim Mälzer of the German Press Agency in Hamburg.
The popular cooking show has been broadcast on VOX for almost ten years. The new season starts on Sunday evening, as usual at 8:15 p.m. The first episode is already available in the media library.
Many celebrities, many countries
At the anniversary season, Tim Raue, Cornelia Poletto, The Duc Ngo, Mario Lohninger and Edi Frauneder also face the competition. “It is incredibly nice that you are there. Raue is more emotional than ever and there is a friendship special in New York,” said Mälzer. The “Kitchen” team traveled to Italy, Greece, Albania, Portugal and Brazil.
Mälzer is pleased that the format is still so well received by the spectators. “Because of the redundancy, it runs the risk of being able to run dead.” So far, however, the team has always succeeded in discovering many new facets.

Mälzer has competed in 87 episodes against 66 challengers since 2016, of which he was able to win the cooking duel 43 times in the previous nine seasons. It is also new in the tenth season that Mälzer is not only on the stove with star and television chefs. This time the musicians Marteria and Sido also swing the wooden spoons.
