Snoop Dogg is a proud father and grandfather – how much he works in these roles, he reveals in a recent interview.
Rapper Snoop Dogg (53) revealed how he is as a father and grandpa. “I can tell people what to do,” jokes the rapper when he is asked about his qualities as head of the family, but then makes it clear: “No, actually I’m a nice guy.”
“When you are a father and grandfather, people rely on you,” explains Calvin Cordozar Broadus Jr., as the musician is called with a bourgeois name. He loves “this responsibility, which goes hand in hand with the fact that you rely on you”.
His grandchildren are Snoop Dogg’s “one and everything”
The 53-year-old also made it clear two years ago how much Snoop Dogg, which is lovingly called “Papa Snoop” by his grandchildren “Papa Snoop”, plays in his role as grandpa. “My grandchildren are my one and everything because each of them has a piece of my heart and everyone is different,” he enthused. For him, his own grandfather was his “best friend” – the better for him is now to be able to play this role for his grandchildren.
Once from Dr. Dre (60) discovered, Snoop Doog has been a successful musician and actor for decades. He has been privately married since 1997 with his youth love Sante Broadus (53), with whom he has three children together – albeit with an interruption. Two years after her wedding, Snoop Dogg received an illegitimate child with his affair Laurie Holmond. In 2004 the couple finally separated – but came together four years later.
