Jasmin Wagner no longer wants to afford the difficult balancing act between child and career – at least not as before.

Singer and actress Jasmin Wagner (45), known as Blümchen, announced her farewell to the stage a few weeks ago. In an interview with the Hamburg edition of the “Zeit”, she talks about the private motives. As it says in a prerequisite, she would like to give her role as a mother the priority.

“As a mother, it was initially important to me to get back into the job as quickly as possible and to do everything possible,” says the Hamburg native. “And now I do that I no longer have to do everything.” Wagner has been married in a second marriage and has been the mother of a daughter since November 2022.

After around 30 years, she ends with the stage for her little family. Your farewell tour starts on May 9 ,. “It was an incredible journey on which I was able to meet so many of you, sang and cried, laughed and celebrated with you. But after three decades, it is time to leave the last curtain,” she comments on the contribution and emphasizes that the tour will be her last. In 1995 Jasmin Wagner started as a floral with a young 15 years and quickly became one of the greatest pop and ravestars in Germany with songs like “Heart to Heart”, “Bicycle Race” or “Boomerang”. After the first career of Blümchen in the early 2000s, she only released songs under her bourgeois name before celebrating a media-effective comeback as a flow in 2019.
