Guy Ritchie will direct the sequel to the movie Road House (The Hard) with Jake Gyllenhaal Returning to his main role as the former UFC Dalton fighter.

Road House 2 will be the third collaboration between Ritchie and Gyllenhaal, and the second to Amazon MGM Studios After The Covenant. The filmmaker and actor nominated for an Oscar and Tony also collaborated in the action thriller to premiere in the Gray.


Will Beall will write the script of the sequel, whose details of the plot remain secret. Among the producers are Charles Roven and Alex Gartner of Atlas Entertainment, as well as Gyllenhaal for its producer Nine Stories Productions with Josh McLaughlin. Ivan Atkinson will be the executive producer.
