Evil uncle? Jimi Blue Ochsenknecht’s niece Mavie is afraid of him
The reunion between Jimi Blue Ochsenknecht and his family becomes a reality shock: niece Mavie does not recognize him-and her mother Cheyenne speaks what many think.
It could have been a tentative new beginning – but this reunion was different than hoped for. In episode six of the fourth season of the documentary series “This Ochsenknechts”, the camera accompanies the first meeting of Jimi Blue Ochsenknecht with the rest of his family after two years of radio silence.
In an idyllic chalet in Austria, they all see each other again. In recent years there have been various differences of opinion between Jimi Blue and his family. Cheyenne’s daughter Mavie, who is just four years old, is particularly difficult. She does not recognize her uncle Jimi. But what is much worse: the little girl is even afraid of him. “Papa, I want to play again,” she says softly when she sees her uncle – a sentence that weighs more heavily than many words from the adults. “Mavie wanted to go away immediately,” her father Nino later describes the scene. “She was afraid.”

The Ochsenknecht family from: Wilson Gonzalez, Natascha, Jimi Blue and Cheyenne Ochsenknecht, the daughter of Cheyenne, Mavie, held in the carrier from her father Nino and Natasha’s mother Bärbel Wierichs. In the first episode of the reality TV format “this ox servant” it is also part of the party. Like each of the family members, the grandma of the Ochsenknecht clan did not fall on the mouth and drives her daughter a little crazy. A normal mother-daughter relationship. Grandma Bärbel is always in the middle of it and at 80 years of play. After the birth of Cheyennes Dacher Mavie, she quickly moved to the new mother on the farm for six weeks and helped care to take care of her great-granddaughter.

While mother Natascha welcomes her lost son with a warm hug and the words “welcome at home” and Bruder Wilson also shows closeness, Cheyenne remains at a distance. The resentment is too deep. “I have already expected that he was taking the first step …” she says. A first step that comes too late for her – and possibly from the wrong motifs: “He had two years to look for the conversation or apologize. That’s why I’m so skeptical because he does it right now where we film.”
In the core of the family creation, old conflicts, unresolved disagreements are available – and the criticism of Jimi’s lifestyle and relationships. Especially his dealings with influencer Yeliz Koç, mother of his daughter Snow, as well as the controversial liaison with racing driver Laura-Marie Geissler put on the relationship with his family. Cheyenne blames her brother who goes deeper than any dispute over partners. Lack of interest in their children. “This interest wasn’t even there. He probably has that from his father.”
