Prince William: sweet congratulations and photos for 100-year-olds

Prince William (42) congratulates a lady on her 100th birthday with a warm contribution to Instagram. The British heir to the throne shared on Thursday about the joint account with his wife Princess Kate (43), who show him together with the jubilee Christina Charlton. “Happy 100th birthday, Chris!” It says.

“It was a pleasure for me to get to know Christina Charlton on a recent visit to the Deidre Knight Center in Forfar, Angus,” continues William. The pictures come from a nursing home in a small town in the Scottish county of Angus. William visited this last February, as shown.

On the recordings, William sits beaming next to Charlton, laughs with her and holds her hand. In addition, the post shows current pictures on which the birthday child can be seen with a crown, balloons, posters and a sash with the inscription “100 and fabulous”. In another picture she holds her gift in her hand: an oversized card on which the laughing photo of her is printed with Prince William.

“We hope you had a wonderful day!” Adds William to the contribution and also takes the opportunity to thank all employees of the house for their daily, dedicated commitment.

Even if the photos from the nursing home are already three months old, William’s most recent visit to Scotland is only one day ago. From April 29th to 30th, he and his wife Princess Kate traveled to the islands of Mull and Iona. There they visited a community center, a craft market and a farm. With this stay in Scotland, her 14th wedding anniversary also fell together.
